Advocate Gilad Behar
The founder of the office, obtained an LL.B from the Faculty of Law in Tel Aviv University, a B.A from the School of Finance in Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A from Tel Aviv University’s School of Management -with a specialty in finance and accounting. Adv. Gilad Behar developed an “Internal Enforcement Plan” in the field of competition law as well as in laws dealing with the capital market and the pension insurance, and is mostly engaged in giving legal counseling and services in these field for commercial corporations and government companies. In addition, Adv. Behar is a lecturer in different institutions, such as in training courses for directors of companies within the Israeli Center of Management and the International Institution for Leadership of the Histadrut Labor Federation.
Advocate David Fuchs
Authorized advocate in Israel since 2001. Worked as an intern and advocate at Amir Szatmari Law Office until the end of 2008 and working at Gilad Behar and Co. since 2009. Adv. Fuchs is an expert of civil and commercial litigation, insolvency and execution procedures, provident and pension funds and insurance law. Within his work, Adv. Fox supports and advises many institutional entities in practical regulation aspects and represents them in litigation procedures.
Advocate Yonit Perry
Registered advocate in Israel since 2009. Worked as an intern and advocate in Excellence Nesua and joined the firm at 2012. Within her work, Adv. Perry gives ongoing legal support and counseling to financial entities, management companies in the field of provident funds, study and pension funds and labor law issues. She also works as a litigator and has a vast experience in appearing before the various courts and instances.
Advocate Tal Korolchik
Qualified to practice law in Israel since 2019. Holds an LL.B. In law and holds a B.A. in government from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya. Adv. Korolchik served as an intern at the firm of Gluzman, Khubers & Co. in 2018.
Between the years 2019 – 2021, Adv. Korolchik worked at the Nof law firm, Oren, Ben Ami. Adv. Korolchik joined the firm in 2021.
